Eileen McKone Erni, RYT
Fifteen years ago Eileen found Power Yoga as a way to become
“Madonna fit”. Soon after, she discovered its true power- helping her to find calmness and security within. Eileen's curiosity grew leading her to become a certified RYT through YOGAspirit® Studios. In Eileen’s classes prepare to go deep, detoxifying the body in a slow flow style, with an emphasis on alignment and finding your truth. She feels blessed to realize the potential yoga has to change lives. Her goal is for you to discover this, take it off the mat and into the rest of your life.

Jennifer McTiernan, RYT
Jenna, as she is known to her students and friends, is the founder of Bright Eyes Yoga, dedicated to empowering practitioners of all levels to the innate wisdom of their bodies through the flow and grace of yoga. She is a certified instructor at the 200 hour level, and is currently expanding to the 500 hour level, studying with Kim Valeri of YOGAspirit® Studios As a teacher, Jenna offers us her enthusiasm and warmth to cultivate a nurturing environment for students to deepen their practice. Jenna creates a non-competitive atmosphere, allowing her students to uncover their own unique expression through yoga postures with a clear framework of proper alignment and guided imagery.

Kat Mansfield , RYT

Kat Mansfield, RYT took her first yoga class while pregnant with her first child. That baby is now a teenager and Kat’s passion for yoga continues unabated.

She explored Hatha, Bikram and Ashtanga styles before finding her home with the breath and dynamic movement of Vinyasa yoga. Kat has studied yoga and meditation with Bikram and Rajashree Choudhury, Diane Ducharme, Baron Baptiste, Tias Little, Krishna Das, Sharon Saltzberg, David Magone, Sally Kempton and Dharma Mittra. An intrepid learner, Kat continues to study all eight limbs of yoga and gratefully acknowledges the influence and support of all her teachers, both inside and outside the discipline of yoga.

Kat’s daily personal practice is at the center of her life and her teaching. Her commitment has been the same from the beginning: Everyone in the world doing yoga, starting right here, right now. A former high school English, History and Theatre Arts teacher, Kat holds an Ed.M from Harvard University.

Kim Valeri, RYT
Founding director of YOGAspirit® Studios, healer, and mentor, Kim is a compassionate, understanding, and experienced soul sharing a wealth of knowledge from a generous heart. Her many years of practice in classical Iyengar Hatha Yoga and the mystical studies of Kundalini and Surat Shabda Yoga make her classes a supportive and grounding environment for individual transformation and awakening. She is respected for passing on the true teachings of Yoga and is considered an inspirational catalyst for healing energy, helping clients across the country discover their innate connection to the Infinite Divine.

Mia Klein, RYT
Mia Klein, RYT, stumbled upon Yoga in 2004 and has been infested with the yoga-bug ever since.  She has discovered its vast potential for transformation and healing. Mia’s introduction to Asana (Posture) Practice set her on a quest of study and learning discipline regarding herself and yoga with its many different philosophies. Mia is a graduate of the 200 hour teacher training program through YOGAspirit® Studios. Her schooling is Iyengar based with a great love for
detail, although she is a big advocate of experiencing many different styles, teachers and techniques of yoga. Mia's classes are geared to build a solid base for your yoga practice - equally important to the beginner and the more experienced student! As she creates a safe time and space for taking a break from our fast paced everyday lives to allow your mind and body connection to grow and flourish, Mia helps your to find your true Self. Mia says, “Yoga is teaching me self love and its importance to myself and my environment. Sharing this wonderful gift with others gives me joy and my life purpose.” Mia is an active Reiki practitioner, a certified DanceYOGA teacher, and offers Thai Yoga Massage.

Michelle Abell, RYT
Michelle Abell has been practicing yoga on and off for most of her life and completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification with Kim Valeri of YOGAspirit® Studios in June 2007. Her favorite aunt opened the yogic door for her as a teenager and encouraged her to complete a 28-day practice which allowed her to experience great gains in her flexibility. It wasn’t until the birth of her first son nine years ago that Michelle found the peace and freedom of both body and mind in her yoga practice. She comes to the mat with an open mind and open heart to inspire her students to find what it is they are looking for in their practice and she encourages them to bring this insight off the mat and into their lives. In her adult classes, she teaches in the Iyengar-style and focuses on proper form and alignment. Michelle also enjoys doing yoga with children and allows them to inspire the class with their infectious energy and imagination, while bringing them to a place where they can find stillness in their busy lives.

Patty Lynch, RYT, LMT
Patty has been teaching yoga since 2002. She is a graduate of YOGAspirit® Studios 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and has studied with Kim Valeri at the 500-hour level. She discovered yoga by dropping into a free class in 2000 and has been hooked ever since. Experiencing the profound effects yoga has had on her life, Patty wants to share yoga as a path of transformation and contentment. Her teaching style includes respect for each individual’s skill level and body awareness while encouraging challenge and growth both on and off the mat. Her classes are light-hearted and fun, but also offer an in-depth challenge focusing on alignment and form. In 2006 Patty received her massage certification and is a practicing massage therapist. She feels that the Universal Spirit that resides in us all is truly our guiding source and that when you look for goodness you most often find it.

Shirley Pantoliano, RYT, RD
Shirley's path has revolved around yoga and nutrition for almost 30 years. A registered dietician with a Master's Degree in Health Promotion with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology, Shirley mistakenly walked into a yoga class during a period of post-partum depression. She felt so moved by the end of class that she hasn't looked back and was able to recover from the depression and birth her second child. Shirley completed the 200-hour level yoga teacher training through YOGAspirit® and specialty trainings in children's yoga through Marcia Metzger. She has also received inspiration from Sydney Solis and Marcia Wenig. Shirley has successfully developed, implemented, and marketed yoga programs for children ages 0-crawling, 1-3, 3-5, 6-8, and 8-12, as well as yoga mini-camps and yoga/cooking classes. This past year she launched her own nutrition/yoga company, Balance From Within at www.BalanceFromWithin.net and is now leading YOGAspirit®'s Yoga Youngsters training program.

Suzanne M. Otterbein, RYT
Suzanne’s journey of yoga began in 2001 after the birth of her second child. As a busy working mom of young children, Suzanne appreciated the overall sense of well-being and reduced stress she felt after discovering yoga. Since then, Suzanne studied at YOGAspirit® Studios to become a certified yoga instructor and has been teaching for over two years, focusing primarily on Flow and Power yoga classes. She is also a registered yoga teacher (RYT) with the Yoga Alliance. Suzanne continues her studies with workshops on pre- & post-natal yoga, children’s yoga and is currently enrolled in the YOGAspirit® Studios 500 Hour Teacher Training program. Suzanne is inspired to share her experiences with her students, encouraging them, through their own practice, to see beyond their self-imposed limitations..
