Deep & Basic

Kim has a unique way of inspiring the sequence of her classes based on the silent collective intentions of her students. A special teaching theme or focus is delivered each week in a combination format. Flow based vinyasa sets the pace for a breath-synchronized class that uses biomechanics along with seamless transitions that align body, mind and spirit. A Form component of class takes students deep into their practice to safely challenge physical practice and build spiritual self awareness.
